The GTI is a fast Golf that’s second in the range only to the more expensive Golf R in terms of performance. It comes with 18-inch alloy wheels, unique front and rear bumpers, twin tail pipes, red brake callipers and a flurry of GTI badges. The interior is full of retro touches that hark back to the original GTI of the 1970s, so it gets tartan sports seats, a golf-ball style gear knob and lots of red stitching.
