The interior of the Ford C-Max may, at first glance, seem fairly run-of-the-mill but there are some crafty extras that could stand to make it a family favourite.
Style
The Ford C-Max interior isn’t the last word in style, but both the driver and front-seat passenger are treated to a solid and well-built finish, with touches such as voice-command and DAB digital radio.
The controls that you can’t control using the infotainment’s voice-command system are easy to find and use. Sit in the driver’s seat and you’ll see the Ford C-Max’s dashboard stretches away in front of you, giving you a real sense of being cocooned in a safe car – just want you want to feel when you’re transporting your family.

Infotainment
The Ford C-Max comes as standard with a small 4.2-inch Sync infotainment system, which includes Bluetooth for media streaming, six speakers and a USB port for connecting your mobile devices. Titanium and Titanium X models come with Ford’s upgraded Sync2 infotainment system. This system has a bigger eight-inch colour touchscreen. Unfortunately it feels slow to use and the graphics are more 1980s ZX Spectrum computer than PS4 – Ford’s Sync3 system in its newer cars is far better to use. Sat-nav is an option on all models, however – a bit mean of Ford, we think.
